Our Business Roadside Assistance Fee for Service lets you pay a lower annual subscription per vehicle by only paying for services you use. This service is only available for taxis or couriers.

  • Your employees can call us any time, anywhere in Australia and you’ll only pay per incident.
  • We typically arrive within an hour, call 1800 686 464 for immediate help.
  • Help for vehicles up to 4 tonnes gross vehicle mass (GVM), including electric cars.
  • Get monthly service invoices so you can easily keep track of costs.

How Fee for Service works

  • Buy a yearly subscription for just $34 per vehicle

    Your annual subscription cost is lower so if you don’t need any services, you’ll pay less. Only pay for the call outs you need.

  • Call when you need help

    Call 1800 686 464, let us know your name, where you’re located and what’s gone wrong. You’ll pay a fee for the service you need.

  • Patrol van arrives usually within 1 hour

    Our expert mechanic will ask you questions and run a diagnostic test to find out what’s wrong with your vehicle.

  • Wait for help

    We’ll send a yellow patrol van to you. If in metro Melbourne you’ll get an SMS to track its arrival. Please secure any dogs or animals in your vehicle before we arrive.
