For current policy holders who wish to make a claim, you should:

First notify RACV Warranty Claims Control Centre on 1800 502 794
Take the vehicle to a RACV Service Centre or authorised service facility to be assessed
Provide details of the warranty policy to the repairer when delivering the vehicle
Ask the repairer to lodge a claim on your behalf
You may be required to complete a claim form or provide relevant documentation
