    Australian Business Auto is a glossy bi-monthly magazine delivered exclusively to business customers who subscribe to RACV's annual Fleet Care package.

    If you have 3 or more vehicles in your fleet then RACV Fleet Care is for you.  The aim of RACV Fleet Care is to get your nominated business vehicle going or if this is not possible to arrange for the vehicle to be towed to a repairer.  You have the choice between Fleet Care, Fleet Extra Care or Fleet Total Care, enabling you to choose a package that will best meet the needs of your business.

    Fleet Care emergency roadside assistance has a unique contact number which is 1800 686 464.

    RACV Fleet Care is $76 per vehicle per annum and the establishment fee is $44.00 per membership. (GST included)

    Entitlements available to members with Fleet Care include: 

    • Batteries, windscreens, starter motors and alternators supplied to business vehicles on monthly account 
    • Emergency roadside assistance for business vehicles up to 2.5 tonnes (RACV Fleet Extra Care covers vehicles from 2.5 tonnes up to 4 tonnes)
    • Show Your Card & Save membership cards on request for nominated personnel (Not available for Fee for Service and Taxi Membership products)
    • 6 editions of Australian Business Auto, RACV's fleet magazine.
    As well as:

    free fuel

    When your vehicle runs out of fuel, RACV will supply up to 5 litres of fuel to get your car to the nearest service station.

    emergency roadside assistance & towing

    With RACV Fleet Care you’ll receive:

    • Emergency roadside assistance when you need it as a result of a flat tyre, a flat battery, when you have run out of fuel or locked your keys in the vehicle.
    • Eight service calls per subscription year pooled across your vehicle fleet.
    • Towing when your vehicle has broken down and cannot be repaired at the roadside (up to 30km towing in metropolitan areas or to the nearest attending Service Depot in country Victoria - entitlements may vary interstate).
    • Reciprocal roadside assistance Australia-wide.
    • Use of a car phone  (where available), so when your vehicle breaks down, you can let people know where you are.

    taxi and rental vehicle

    If your vehicle breaks down and requires towing, RACV will provide a taxi to a rental vehicle depot, a rental vehicle, and a taxi after dropping off the rental vehicle

    courier

    When you have important documents to deliver, RACV will arrange a courier to take any documents you may have to your chosen destination after your vehicle has broken down.

    locksmith allowance

    When you have lost your keys or RACV are unable to open your vehicle, we will contribute towards the cost of a locksmith.

    rental vehicle

    Should your vehicle breakdown over 100km from home and is disabled at a repairer for over 24 hours, RACV will organise and pay up to $88 per day for up to 4 days for a rental vehicle for you and any passengers travelling with you.

    emergency accommodation

    Should your vehicle breakdown over 100km from home and is disabled at a repairer for over 24 hours, RACV will organise and pay up to $110 per night for up to 4 nights for accommodation for you and any passengers travelling with you while your vehicle is being repaired. 

    accident advice

    When you have been involved in an accident, RACV will be there for you to provide assistance in areas such as:

    • How to report an accident.
    • What to do if someone is injured as a result of an accident.
    • How to organise a tow in a country area.
    • Relaying personal messages to friends, relatives or business colleagues.

    cost

    RACV Fleet Care - $76 per vehicle per annum

    • New members with Fleet Carepay an initial $44 establishment fee in addition to the annual vehicle subscription fee. This establishment fee is only applicable for the first vehicle.  Pricing includes GST.
    • If you join additional vehicles on the road, there is no service surcharge fee. The amount charged is the normal  $76 annual subscription fee only per vehicle.
    • Fleet Roadside Care covers vehicles up to 2.5 tonne.
