Complete the four step application form to purchase RACV Emergency Roadside Assistance online.

You can apply online if you:

• Have a current VISA or Mastercard
• Don't already have RACV Emergency Roadside Assistance
• Aren't nominating a taxi or a vehicle used primarily for delivery or courier purposes

It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete, depending on the options you select. 

Please allow 1 business day for processing. 

Emergency Roadside Assistance becomes available 24 hours after an ERA product is processed.

Please be aware that a 14 day waiting period applies on Accident and Extended Benefits for all products for Blue Card holders. If you require immediate assistance please phone 13 RACV (13 72 28). Please note that a surcharge applies to vehicles with pre-existing conditions or requiring immediate assistance.
