• Check your mobile phone is unlocked. (Most phones are. If unsure check with your service provider.)
• Your mobile phone must be less than 5 years old and Java enabled
• Phone requirements vary for USA, Canada & Japan.
  • Japan/Korea - requires 3G Quadband phone that supports 2100 frequency
  • USA/Canada - requires 2G Triband phone that supports 1900 frequency
• Ensure you register & test your RoamingSIM in Australia prior to travel (SIM must be registered online prior to travel to access your account for credit tops and number allocation.)
• Top Up your credit
• Add Australian Country Code & Area Code Prefix to your contacts in your address book for ease of calling. E.g. +61 3 XYZX XYZX
