The Bowie Room
This impressive room offers a flexible layout for events with three-metre high floor to ceiling windows providing abundant natural light and a spectacular golf course outlook. The Bowie Room caters for up to 160 cabaret style or 200 theatre style and is the ideal room for weddings and conferences. Vehicle access is available. The Bowie Room divides into two rooms; Musgrave Room and Fanning Room. Musgrave Room Catering for up to 32 single U Shape and 160 theatre style, the Musgrave conference room features three-metre high floor to ceiling windows with a spectacular golf course outlook. Vehicle access is available. Fanning Room Catering for up to 28 single U Shape and 100 theatre style, the Fanning Room features three-metre high floor to ceiling windows with a spectacular golf course outlook.
The Wareham Room
This room is located in a cluster of smaller meeting rooms, off a separate corridor removed from general public traffic and with a separate external entry. The Wareham Room divides into two rooms; Dickson Room and Gledhill Room. Each room accommodates up to 14 board room style and 20 theatre style.
The Hackett Room
This room adjoins the Wareham Room with double door access. It can be booked as a break out room to the Wareham Room but is also popular for small intimate lunches or dinners. The Hackett Room can accommodate up to 16 guests board room style and 24 theatre style.
The Kelly Room
The smallest and most private of our rooms, the Kelly room is ideal for boardroom meetings or as a break out room to the Wareham Room.
The Function Room
With stunning views over the golf course, the Function Room has its own dance floor and access to a private balcony. With floor to ceiling windows and roller blinds for glare, it is a light and airy space, ideal for weddings, private lunches and dinners for up to 90 banquet-style.
The Villas
Cape Schanck Resort has a number of two and three bedroom villas on the golf course, which are great for small intimate meetings and events of 10 or less. When privacy and minimum distraction is important the villas offer an alternative to the conference centre with conference and accommodation together in the one villa.
