Full and Half Day Delegates Packages

RACV Noosa Resort’s experienced events team is more than happy to custom tailor a package for your next meeting or event, or you can select from our range of canapé and cocktail packages for an informal function. Beverage packages may be tailored to your individual needs, with a complete range of local and imported beers and wines available.

Full Day Delegate Package

$71 per person per day*
Welcome signage
Plenary conference room hire
Freshly brewed coffee and assorted teas on arrival accompanied by whole seasonal fruit
Hot and cold buffet lunch served in the resort Restaurant
OR working style lunch (lunch style dependant on delegate numbers)
Chef’s selection of morning and afternoon treats served with freshly brewed coffee and assorted teas
Notepads, pens, iced water and sweets selection.
Standard audio-visual equipment including lectern, whiteboard and flipchart.
Minimum 15 people.

Half-Day Delegate Package

$61 per person per day*
Freshly brewed coffee and assorted teas on arrival accompanied by seasonal whole fruit
Chef’s selection of morning or afternoon treats served with freshly brewed coffee and assorted teas
Hot/cold buffet lunch OR working style lunch served with soft drinks, tea/coffee and juice.
Notepad, pens, iced water and sweets selection.
Standard audio-visual equipment including lectern, whiteboard and flipchart.
Minimum 15 people.

*Groups of less than 15 people may incur a conference room hire charge.
