RACV's Board oversees strategies and Management oversees the operations.
RACV's 1.9 million membership have rights which are set out in RACV's Constitution.
RACV is committed to good values and many worthwhile issues such as community support and the environment. RACV's responsibility extends to the working environment and issues generated in its position as a public advocate.
RACV's Corporate Governance Statement details RACV's principles in respect of the running of the organisation. The conduct expected of directors is set out in the Code of Conduct.
RACV's Corporate Plan was developed in consultation with stakeholders across the organisation and copies have been distributed to all RACV staff, contractors and associate businesses.
