RACV Victorian Tourism Awards - Vote for the People's Choice

RACV is the major sponsor of the Victorian Tourism Awards. The Awards recognise and reward excellence across all sectors of the tourism and hospitality industries and can assist tourists to make confident holiday choices.

About the People’s Choice Awards

RACV runs the People’s Choice Awards to determine the RACV’s People’s Choice Award for Guest Satisfaction and the RACV People’s Choice Award for Service in the accommodation category.

We invite you to submit an online guest review for your best Victorian accommodation experience between 1 November 2011 and 31 October 2012, to assist us in determining the winners of both People's Choice awards.

The review process asks guests to rate their chosen property in six areas; cleanliness, facilities, service, atmosphere, location and value and add comments.

The winner of the RACV People’s Choice Award for Guest Satisfaction will be decided on an average score from all six criteria ratings, while the RACV People’s Choice for Service will be judged on the service score only.

To be reviewed, accommodation properties must be listed on the RACV Accommodation website
