RACV Noosa Resort has been voted the ‘Best Hotel in Queensland’ based on an analysis of guest ratings and reviews.
Hotels Combined has released its Recognition of Excellence Award for 2017, presenting its list of top hotels across the country which put the Resort’s customer service as one of the best in the industry.
Criteria for the Best Hotel Award includes quality and consistency of guest reviews, customer ratings, the absence of recurring or unresolved issues, blogs, forums and social media posts.
RACV Noosa Resort Manager Darren McClenagham says, “This award is testament to the resorts’ dedicated staff who take great pride in the hotel and service to guests.
“RACV resort staff work very hard to ensure our guests have an experience to remember and go above and beyond when it comes to customer service,” said Mr McClenagham.
“This award is based purely on guest reviews and ratings, not judges – so the results speak for themselves.”
