    With the COVID-19 situation changing daily, our first and foremost priority remains on making sure that our staff, the community and all those who interact with us are kept as safe as possible.

    We will endeavour to do everything we can to help our Members, our people and the community in these uncertain times. 

  • Recent service changes

    At 27 March 2020:

    • Temporary closure of all RACV Club and Resort locations 
    • RACV owned retail stores are temporarily closed. RACV agencies may remain open

We’re only a phone call away

Our 24/7 call centres are still operational via 13 72 28; Emergency Roadside Assistance patrols and Home Assist vans are still out on the road keeping vehicles mobile and helping members in their homes. However, if you’ve recently returned from overseas, been in close contact with someone with COVID-19 or are displaying flu-like symptoms, we ask you to let us know so we can make sure we can help you in the best way we can.

Members can also access a range of services online and we invite you to check back regularly for updates on our services.

If you have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and visited one of our Resort, Club, retail or office locations in the past 14 days, please contact our COVID Hotline to let us know. You can reach us 8am - 6pm, 7 days.
