In line with Victorian Government guidelines, all Victorians must wear a face mask when leaving home. If you have a lawful reason not to, we may ask to see written evidence of this when on RACV property.
Where appropriate, we’ll ask to record your contact details to help with contact tracing if its needed.

How you can help
In addition to your participation with our COVID-Safe measures, we ask that you reschedule your visit to RACV locations or postpone any RACV service bookings if you:
are feeling unwell and displaying cold or flu-like symptoms
have been in close contact with anyone with cold or flu-like symptoms
