There are many beautiful national parks to visit in the Cobram area. Barmah National Park lies along the Murray River between the towns of Barmah and Strathmerton. Spend the morning on a trail walk, or try fishing, canoeing or swimming. Tuck into a lunchtime picnic among the great River Red Gums for lunch.
Experience the natural beauty of World Heritage-listed Barmah Wetlands on board the MV Kingfisher. The kids will love spotting animals from the boat. The area is a haven for 236 bird species and 50 different mammals and an eco guide will talk about the wildlife as well as Indigenous stories and legends of the land.

Relax on the sun lounges on the deck overlooking the vast outdoor pool. Children will love the mushroom waterfall and the rock water fountain in the lagoon-shaped pool.
