RACV Noosa Resort has been named as the Best Hotel in Queensland, placing it among the top three per cent of hotels in the world.
The award, which is based on an analysis of guest ratings and reviews, is one of the top awards in the Hotels Combined Recognition of Excellence Awards for 2017 and recognises RACV Noosa Resort as one of the best in Australia.
Criteria for the Best Hotel Award includes quality and consistency of guest reviews, customer ratings, the absence of recurring or unresolved issues, blogs, forums and social media posts.
RACV Noosa Resort Manager Darren McClenaghan said: “RACV resort staff work very hard to ensure our guests have an experience to remember and go above and beyond when it comes to customer service.”
“This award is based purely on guest reviews and ratings, not judges – so the results speak for themselves.”
Chris Rivett, Head of Marketing for HotelsCombined Australia and New Zealand said: “The recognition of Excellence Awards celebrate the very best hotels for exemplary customer service across Australia. We are proud to name the RACV Resort Noosa, one of Noosa’s best-loved hotels, with the title of top independent hotel in Queensland.
“Finalists and winners are representative of the highest standards in the industry, averaging 9.7 out of a possible 10 points, compared to the industry standard of 7.2 – essentially placing the winning hotels within the top three per cent of hotels worldwide,” said Mr Rivett.
