Agriculture: The Heart of Victoria

This winter event is a celebration of the outstanding food, wine and beer produced by Victorian farmers and makers. Go on a journey around Victoria’s regions through stories and conversations from some of the farmers whose award-winning produce has been sourced and showcased in the degustation menu, developed collaboratively by Philippa Sibley of Syracuse and Craig Dowling – RACV Chef de Cuisine, Banquet Kitchen of RACV City Club. Accompanying each course will be some of Victoria’s finest wines.
