In this fourth instalment of our Seminar Series, we dive into stress and exercise with Ryan Bradshaw, resident personal trainer, exercise physiologist and Ph.D candidate from RMIT University. Ryan breaks down the science of stress and exercise to provide you with simple steps to maximise the health and fitness benefits of exercise.

All attendees are eligible to receive our Get Starter pack, including three 60-minute personal training sessions, for $99 (normally $199).
