Course One

Dates: Monday 20 March to Friday 5 May (no session Good Friday 14 April, Easter Monday 17 April, Anzac Day 25 April)

Venue: Fitness Centre and various outdoor locations, City Club

Time: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 6.30am-7.30am

Cost: $279 per person, six-week course
$240 per person, six-week course, repeat attendees

Course Two

Dates: Tuesday 21 March to Thursday 4 May (no session ANZAC Day 25 April)

Venue: Fitness Centre and various outdoor locations, City Club

Time: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 12.15pm - 1pm

Cost: $135 per person, six-week course

Course Three

Dates: Monday 22 May to Friday 30 June, no session Friday 12 June

Venue: Fitness Centre and various outdoor locations, City Club

Time: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 6.30am-7.30am

Course Four

Cost: $135 per person, six-week course

Bootcamp is a six-week course, consisting of sessions that are physically challenging, yet fun and motivating. Sessions consist of cardio, boxing, running and body weight drills and participants feel an enormous sense of achievement when they finish each and every session.

A celebratory buffet breakfast is also included at the end of the course.

Top
