Bootcamp


Bootcamp is a six-week course, consisting of sessions that are physically challenging, yet fun and motivating. Sessions consist of cardio, boxing, running and body weight drills and participants feel an enormous sense of achievement when they finish each and every session.

A celebratory buffet breakfast is also included at the end of the course.

Course One

Dates: Monday 18 September - Friday 27 October (no session Friday 29 September)

Venue: Fitness Centre and various outdoor locations, City Club

Time: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 6.30am-7.30am

Cost: $240 per person, six-week course, includes three 60-minute sessions per week

Course Two

Dates: Tuesday 19 September - Thursday 26 October

Venue: Fitness Centre and various outdoor locations, City Club

Time: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 12.15pm-1pm

Cost: $135 per person, six-week course, includes two 45-minute sessions per week

Course Three

Dates: Monday 13 November - Friday 22 December

Venue: Fitness Centre and various outdoor locations, City Club

Time: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 6.30am-7.30am

Cost: $240 per person, six-week course, includes three 60-minute sessions per week
