Core Women – Women’s Outdoor Training
Dates: Tuesday 20 March - Thursday 26 April
Times: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6.30am-7.30am
Venue: City Club
Cost: $180 per person, six-week course
In this six-week training program, women of all shapes and sizes can have fun while exercising in a supportive and encouraging group environment. Using a combination of core exercises, boxing and body-weight workouts – at a pace suitable for all fitness levels and abilities – this course will get you outdoors and help you lose weight, build strength and feel great.
Relax and join your fellow Core Women for a complimentary tea or coffee after each session.
A celebratory buffet breakfast is also included at the end of the course.
