Small Group Training

Dates: Monday 3 April to Friday 2 June

Venue: Fitness Centre gym, City Club

Time: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 7am to 7.45am or 12.15pm to 1pm

Cost: $90 per week three sessions per week
$70 per week two sessions per week
$44 per week one session per week

This strength-based training program is focused on creating a balanced figure with definition and low body fat while also providing information on the right foods to eat for optimal results.
