Introduction to Running
Dates: Tuesday 7 February - Tuesday 14 March
Venue: Fitness Centre, City Club
Times: Tuesdays, 6.45am - 7.30am or 1.30pm - 2.15pm
Cost: $120 per person for six-week workshop includes one 45-minute session per week for six weeks
Would you like to improve your running technique and stamina?
With this six-week interactive workshop you will be taken through the fundamentals of mindful running, while learning about footwear, nutrition and programming.
This workshop is designed for runners of all levels and interests and provides the building blocks for ongoing development.
All participants will receive a complimentary training program.
