Time: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6.30am-7.30am
Cost: $186 per person, six-week course
The six-week Momentum For Women outdoor training program is designed for women of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels.
We want you to achieve your fitness goals and have more energy to live your life!
Our supportive and encouraging trainers will guide and manage your sessions for effectiveness, safety and most importantly, results!
A complimentary tea or coffee will follow each session.
