In this six-week course with Dan Oddo, develop the skills and awareness to help you feel more confident in your ability to stay safe.

Dan is a Black Belt in Taekwondo and trained in street Self Defence. With 15 years’ experience in various styles of martial arts, Dan can help you build your confidence, stand up for yourself and find your voice.
