Venue: Fitness Centre, City Club
Time: Fridays, 10.00am - 11.00am or 11am - noon  

Cost: $112 per person, eight-week course, one session per week; $200 per person, eight-week course, two sessions per week.

Research has found regular exercise to be effective in managing arthritis by helping to improve mobility, flexibility of joints and muscle strength, as well as decreasing pain. This eight-week course utilises simple strength training techniques to manage arthritis and make a difference to everyday tasks.
