Strength Training for Seniors

Develop and maintain strength, balance and flexibility in this new motivating and supportive group course.

Over eight weeks, the course will introduce exercises that assist with the improvement of muscle strength, bone density, blood pressure, joint mobility, blood sugar and wellbeing.

Choose from one or two sessions per week at the Healesville Fitness Centre.

Date: Wednesday 20 September - Wednesday 25 October

Venue: Fitness Centre, Healesville

Time: Wednesdays, 10.30am-11.15am and Fridays, 10.30am-12.15pm

Cost: $72 per person, six-week course, includes one session per week
$144 per person, six-week course, includes two sessions per week
