Strength Training for Seniors

Course One: Wednesday 20 September - Wednesday 25 October
Wednesdays, 10.30am-11.15am and Fridays, 11.30am-12.15pm

Course Two: Wednesday 8 November - Friday 15 December
Time: Wednesdays, 10.45am-11.30am and Fridays, 11.30am-12.15pm

Venue: Fitness Centre, Healesville

Cost: $72 per person, per six-week course, includes one session per week
$144 per person, per six-week course, includes two sessions per week

Develop and maintain strength, balance and flexibility in this new motivating and supportive group course.

The course will introduce exercises that assist with the improvement of muscle strength, bone density, blood pressure, joint mobility, blood sugar and wellbeing.

Choose from one or two sessions per week at the Healesville Fitness Centre.
