Strength Training for Seniors


Course One:
Date: Wednesday 14 June - Wednesday 26 July
Venue: Fitness Centre, Healesville
Time: Wednesdays, 10.30am-11.15am

Course Two:
Date: Friday 16 June - Friday 28 July
Venue: Fitness Centre, Healesville
Time: Fridays, 11.30am-12.15pm

Cost: $96 per person, one session per week; $172 per person, two sessions per week

Develop and maintain strength, balance and flexibility in this new motivating and supportive group course.

Over eight weeks, the course will introduce exercises that assist with the improvement of muscle strength, bone density, blood pressure, joint mobility, blood sugar and wellbeing.

Choose from one or two sessions per week at the Healesville Fitness Centre.
