RACV is committed to providing valuable benefits to you as part of your Club membership and we are pleased to present you with rewards to use at the City Club and Healesville Country Club.

 

The exciting Club Rewards program replaces the printed voucher booklets previously issued to members and will provide you with a broader range of rewards plus greater flexibility when redeeming.

 

These rewards are in addition to the year-round exclusive Club member accommodation rate at RACV Resorts.

 

Your rewards can be viewed at the Kiosk tablets located at City Club and Healesville Country Club. Club Rewards are available throughout the year, as season and annual value rewards.

 

Rewards can be redeemed by simply presenting your membership card at the time of payment. You can also view the rewards available to you at the Kiosk tablets anytime. Our friendly Club staff will be available to assist you with any queries you may have.

3. Touch the screen to get to the Home Page.

4. Type your membership number and year of birth.

5. View and scroll through the rewards.

6. When finished, touch the 'Logout' button.

Redeem your rewards

1. Present your membership card at time of payment and mention you wish to redeem a reward.

2. Your membership card is scanned to redeem the reward. Each reward is for a single use only.
