Royal Benowa Ballroom

Our impressive 1500-square-metre pillarless ballroom is the feature venue of the conference centre and opens out to the light-filled Royal Benowa Foyer. It can accommodate up to 1800 guests for a cocktail function or in a theatre setting, and it can seat 1000 people banquet style.

The Ballroom is multi-configurable and can be themed to suit any conference or event. It divides into three separate meeting roms: Prince, Monarch and Marquis. Each can host between 90 and 600 delegates depending on preferred function style.

Royal Benowa Foyer

With soaring nine-metre ceilings and overlooking the beautiful manicured Podium Lawns and championship golf course, the Royal Benowa Foyer is perfect for trade exhibitions, pre-dinner functions or refreshment breaks from the Ballroom. Our superb Podium Lawns directly outside the foyer can readily accommodate a Hoeckerdome of up to 3000 square metres and is ideal for team building or machinery displays.

Norfolk Hall and Jacaranda, Karrie Webb and Norfolk

This 250-square-metre hall can seat up to 250 people theatre style. It also has the versatility to be sectioned off into three smaller column-free rooms: Jacaranda, Karrie Webb and Norfolk. Located next to the Royal Benowa Ballroom, this space is ideal for break-out sessions. With a 4.9-metre ceiling, the possibilities are diverse .

Convention Lobby

As an open atrium, the Convention Lobby offers an elegant and spacious atmosphere overlooking the golf course. Seating a maximum of 150 delegates, it is ideal for dinners, cocktail functions and wedding receptions.

Cypress and Cypress 1 & 2

Our light-filled Cypress Room has windows overlooking the resort's manicured gardens and Concert Lawns and caters for meetings of 24–60 delegates.

The Boardroom

The light-filled Boardroom features a purpose-built boardroom table with opulent leather executive chairs for up to 16 delegates.

Waratah and Boronia

These compact meeting rooms with abundant natural light are ideal for break-out sessions accommodating 15–20 delegates.

Business Centre and VIP Boardroom

These two intimate spaces are ideal for small meetings or conference secretariats and are adjacent to the main function rooms. They both offer natural light and views over our gardens and tennis courts.

Tennis Courts

With all the atmosphere of being outdoors but completely covered by a large, white sail, this is the perfect location for functions with a twist. Transform this area into an ‘under the sea’ adventure or a ‘circus big top’ for groups from 350 to 800 seated.

Poolside Deck and Pool Area

The timber pool deck overlooking our chic tropically-styled pool is a great space for a cocktail party or dinner under the stars. The area is complemented by lush gardens. The deck seats 180 delegates, while the whole pool area including the deck seats 300. It can accommodate 700 cocktail-style.
