The elegant resort Restaurant offers modern Australian cuisine in a chic poolside setting with indoor and alfresco dining underneath sunny skies or glittering stars. Bi-fold glass doors open the restaurant up to a wonderful outdoor patio overlooking the pool and the conservation sanctuary beyond. Alternatively the air-conditioned space can be closed off in order to keep guests cool in warmer weather.
The Restaurant’s contemporary Australian menu utilises the freshest of local produce and is overseen by our award winning executive chef Lee Jeynes.
