RACV's Emergency Wheelchair and Scooter Assist breakdown service gives you security and peace of mind when you need it most.
If your wheelchair or scooter is immobilised, RACV is just a phone call away 24 hours a day. We can quickly come to your assistance any time of the day or night.

RACV members now receive Years of Membership Benefits on their emergency roadside assistance*. So most members will now pay even less for the peace of mind of having RACV on call 24 hours a day.

- An establishment fee of $46 (inc. GST) applies to all new subscribers 21 years and over. New subscribers under 21 are exempt from the establishment fee.

emergency roadside assistance
With RACV Emergency Wheelchair & Scooter Care, you will get eight service calls per subscription year with the aim to get your wheelchair or scooter going again^.
taxi
If for some reason we cannot fix the problem, a taxi will be dispatched to transport you and your wheelchair or scooter to your chosen destination and one taxi is available per incident to a value of $60.
You can use one taxi trip per breakdown and a maximum of eight taxi trips per membership year.
