    This travel insurance is arranged and managed by ETI Australia Pty Ltd through our Global Response Centre based at Toowong in Brisbane. Our Centre operates around the clock to help you when you need assistance. We have over 200 staff working in our Centre including doctors, registered nurses and support personnel. Many of our staff are also multi-lingual so we can speak the local language for you in many destinations. In addition to the staff in our Centre, we have access to on the ground teams located all around the world, including 400,000 service providers, 240 correspondents and 37 operation centres.

    Whenever you need help you can contact our Centre and we will organise help for your situation. If you need to contact us, we are available 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
