We want to let you know that we are investigating an issue with RACV Club statements that were issued via email this afternoon, Thursday 5 March 2026. We became aware of this shortly after the emails were sent and we are aware that some Club Members have received incorrect information.

We kindly request that if you received an email with a Club statement this afternoon that you please delete it and we will reissue a new statement in due course.

Please be aware that RACV Club statements do not contain any bank account or credit card information.

We are taking this matter very seriously and we are working hard to identify which members have been affected. We are communicating with Club Members regarding this issue while the investigation is underway.
