General and marketing 

These Terms and Conditions govern RACV Club membership and certain programs, benefits and promotions offered by Royal Automobile Club of Victoria (RACV Club) Limited ACN 004 060 833 (RACV Club). By applying for, renewing, or using a RACV Club membership or any associated benefit, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the RACV Club Constitution and By‑Laws. If there is any inconsistency, the RACV Club Constitution and By‑Laws prevail.
  2. Membership access, entitlements and benefits are for the personal, non-commercial use of the Member only and must not be transferred or used by another person.
  3. RACV Club may require Members to produce a valid membership card or proof of identity while on Club premises or when using benefits.
  4. In these Terms and Conditions:

(a) Member means a current RACV Club member.
(b) Premium products includes tickets, suites, hospitality packages, experiences, accommodation offers and other premium products made available from time to time through Priority Pass.

  1. RACV Club and its related bodies corporate may use your personal information to send you marketing and information about products, services, offers, competitions and events. The RACV Club Privacy Charter explains how you can contact us, get access to and update your information, and how to lodge a privacy complaint.
  2. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe/opt-out method in the communication, by contacting RACV Club Membership Services on 03 9944 8888, or via the opt-out methods in the RACV Club Privacy Charter.
  3. If you have RACV Club Priority Pass access and choose not to receive marketing communications, you will still qualify for Priority Pass offers. However, please note that you might not get notifications about Priority Pass benefits or offers. You are responsible for checking the RACV Club website for any available Priority Pass benefits and offers. RACV Club cannot be held accountable if you miss or are unaware of a Priority Pass benefit or offer because you've opted out of marketing communications.

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
  2. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
  3. To the extent permitted by law, RACV Club excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss.

Membership types, account and upgrades

  1. RACV Club may vary membership access, entitlements or fees from time to time.
  2. Where a change is likely to materially disadvantage members, RACV Club will provide at least 30 days’ notice via its website and / or direct communication where practicable.
  3. If a Member does not accept a materially disadvantageous change, the Member may cancel their membership before the change takes effect and will be entitled to a pro-rate refund of the unused portion of the membership fee.
  4. This clause does not limit changes required to comply with law, to address safety or security issues, or changes that are minor or administrative and do not materially disadvantage Members.

1. An annual subscription fee (the Fee) is payable by each Member:

(a) Lifestyle Town, Lifestyle Country and Lifestyle Associate (joined before 1 March 2020) must pay the Fee upfront each year.
(b) Active, Executive, Access, Country and Associate Members (joined after 1 March 2020) may pay the Fee upfront each year or by 12 equal instalments via direct debit.

2. Resignation: a Member may resign at any time by written notice. Any unpaid portion of the Fee for the current 12-month term becomes immediately due and payable on resignation.
3. End of term options: At the end of each subscription year, a Member may:

(a)  renew for a further 12‑month term;
(b)  resign membership; or
(c) become an absentee member (subject to By-laws and payment of an administration fee).

4. Renewal effect: payment of the Fee or the first instalment) constitutes agreement to a further 12‑month membership term.

5. Renewal Period: 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027: Members whose membership renewal date falls within the period 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027 may receive an RACV Club Travel & Experiences e‑gift card, subject to the following conditions. For clarity, eligibility is determined by the membership renewal date, not the date on which the Member pays for their renewal:

(a) The e‑gift card may be used for Ocean and River Cruises, Group Touring products and RACV Club Travel Insurance only.
(b) The e‑gift card cannot be used for RACV Club memberships, accommodation, dining, events, flights, car hire, parking, attractions, gift cards or vouchers.
(c) Members may redeem the e‑gift card for Ocean and River Cruises and Group Touring products by calling 03 8613 9660, emailing club@travel.racv.com.au or visiting any RACV Club store with an RACV Club Travel & Experiences desk. Members may redeem the e‑gift card for RACV Club Travel Insurance at an RACV Club store.
(d) RACV Club Travel & Experiences and third‑party supplier terms apply.

Travel Insurance is provided under the relevant Product Disclosure Statement and Target Market Determination. Tokio Marine Management (Australasia) Pty Ltd (ABN 69 001 488 455, AR No. 1313066) is an authorised representative of Tokio Marine, and administers RACV Club Travel Insurance as the managing agent on behalf of Tokio Marine.

6. Renewal Period: 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026: Members whose membership renewal date falls within the period 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026 may receive an RACV Club Travel & Experiences e‑gift card, subject to the following conditions. For clarity, eligibility is determined by the membership renewal date, not the date on which the Member pays for their renewal:

(a) The e‑gift card may be used for Ocean and River Cruises, Group Touring products and RACV Club Travel Insurance only.
(b) The e‑gift card cannot be used for RACV Club memberships, accommodation, dining, events, flights, car hire, parking, attractions, gift cards or vouchers.
(c) Members may redeem the e‑gift card for Ocean and River Cruises and Group Touring products by calling 03 8613 9660, emailing club@travel.racv.com.au or visiting any RACV Club store with an RACV Club Travel & Experiences desk. Members may redeem the e‑gift card for RACV Club Travel Insurance at an RACV Club store.
(d) RACV Club Travel & Experiences and third‑party supplier terms apply.

7. e‑gift cards cannot be redeemed online. The e‑gift card expires 6 months from the date of issue. Any lost, stolen or unused value (including any unused balance at expiry) will not be refunded or credited. The e‑gift card may only be used by the member named on the card, must be presented at the time of enquiry, and must be used in one transaction.
8. RACV Club remains the holder of the rights and obligations attached to the e‑gift card and the stored value, which is non‑transferable, non‑saleable and not redeemable for cash. If a transaction exceeds the available balance, the Member must pay the difference using another payment method. Members can check their balance at www.racv.com.au/giftcards

1. Membership tiers:

(a) Active – core Club lifestyle benefits (fitness, wellness, dining, accommodation and member discounts).
(b) Executive – Active benefits plus coworking/workspace access and (where applicable) Priority Pass and Emergency Home Assist.
(c) Access – Executive benefits plus additional family or associate entitlements and Club Credit and may include Priority Pass and Emergency Home Assist.
(d) Country/Interstate/Overseas – for Members residing more than a 50-kilometre radius from Melbourne Town Hall (excluding residents in postcode 3777).
(e) Associate – partner or child/grandchild (aged 18-27) linked to a full-paying Member (whether Active, Executive, Access, Country or Lifestyle Town and Country).
(f) Lifestyle Town, Lifestyle Country or Lifestyle Associate – members who joined before 1 March 2020, with benefits as described on the RACV Club website. Also includes members who joined the Fitness Centre before 1 April 2019.

2. Upgrades and add-ons: RACV Club offers optional upgrades and add-ons including:

(a) Shared Workspace access: Members who need more Shared Workspace visits than their membership tier allows can pay a fee to purchase additional visits (Upgrade Package). The Upgrade Package will match the expiry date of the Member’s subscription year. Access, benefits, and discounts associated with the Upgrade Package are for personal use by the Member only and cannot be transferred, used for commercial purposes or used by others on the member’s behalf. Each Upgrade Package is valid for a single 12-month renewal period, regardless of when it was purchased
(b) Golf passes and season passes (Weekday, 7 Day Pass, 5- and 7-Day Season Pass)

(i) For no greens fees with a golf membership or season pass exceptions include maintenance, weather, major events and corporate golf, with no compensation.
(ii) RACV Club members receive 6 complimentary rounds per year at each RACV Club and Resort golf course. The offer may be withdrawn at any time. Book through the Healesville Country Club & Resort Pro Shop before your visit.
(iii) Golf tee times are subject to availability

3. Upgrades and add-ons are aligned to the Member’s subscription year, are for personal, non-commercial use only and may be withdrawn or varied by RACV.

  1. Account statements for membership card charges are issued monthly for the previous month's transactions.
  2. You can check transactions online and update membership details.
  3. Statements are available by email or post. Settle account and membership fees via direct debit; contact Club Accounts to arrange this.
  4. Monthly Club accounts must be paid strictly within 30 days. Interest applies to overdue transaction balances but not membership fees. If an account is not paid after 60 days, regrettable we will deactivate your membership pending payment. Accounts unpaid after 60 days result in deactivation; ongoing payment issues may lead to suspension or expulsion

1. Priority Pass is included with new RACV Club Executive and Access memberships purchased from 20 May 2026, and for existing members from their first renewal after 1 July 2026.
2. Priority Pass can also be added to memberships for an extra fee, where available, and renews automatically unless cancelled during the renewal period.
3. Priority Pass provides eligible RACV Club members the opportunity to access certain exclusive benefits, which may include presale access to premium products such as tickets, suites and packages for selected events (Premium Products). Presale access is an opportunity only and does not guarantee availability or successful purchase.
4. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law, and RACV Club may change or withdraw benefits at any time.

Eligibility and membership requirements

5. Current membership: Priority Pass benefits are available exclusively to Members with a current RACV Club membership at the time the benefit is accessed.
6. Verification: RACV Club may require proof of membership and identity for Priority Pass use, ticket collection and/or event entry.
7. Misuse / non-transfer: Priority Pass benefits (including any presale links, codes or allocation opportunities) must not be sold, transferred, assigned or otherwise provided to any other person (whether a Member or non-member), unless RACV Club expressly permits this in writing for a specific benefit.
8. Consequences of breach: If RACV Club reasonably suspects misuse (including resale activity or attempted transfer), RACV Club may cancel affected benefits or purchases, refuse access, and/or suspend Priority Pass privileges (and, where relevant, take action under RACV Club membership rules).

Presale access and limitations

9. What is provided: Priority Pass may provide access to presales or early access windows for Premium Products, which may include (without limitation):

(a) sporting events;
(b) concerts and performances;
(c) dining and travel experiences; and
(d) other premium experiences.

10. No guarantee: Presale access does not guarantee that Premium Products will be available, or that a Member will be able to purchase Premium Products, as availability is subject to demand, allocation and inventory limits.
11. Presale settings: RACV Club may determine the presale start time, end time, duration, eligibility rules and purchase limits for each presale.
12. Change or withdrawal: RACV Club may modify, suspend, cancel or withdraw a presale or Priority Pass benefit where reasonably necessary (including due to supplier requirements, operational issues, or changes imposed by event organisers/ticketing providers). Where practicable, RACV Club will provide notice to affected Members.
13. Ticketing provider rules: Premium Products may be subject to additional terms imposed by event organisers, venues, travel partners and/or ticketing providers. Members must comply with those terms.
14. Resale/transfer attempts: Any attempt to sell or transfer presale access, codes or tickets (including in breach of a ticketing provider’s policies) may result in cancellation of the relevant tickets/benefits and suspension of Priority Pass privileges.
15. Lost tickets: RACV Club is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged tickets once issued to the Member, except to the extent required by law.

Fees and payment (Priority Pass Add-On and Premium Products)

16. Add-On term and alignment: Where purchased, Priority Pass Add-On is valid for a 12-month period and may be aligned to the Member’s RACV Club membership renewal period (including a pro‑rated charge and/or adjusted expiry date where applicable).
17. Add-On fee non-refundable: The Priority Pass Add-On fee is non-refundable except as required by law, including where:

(a) you change your mind;
(b) you are dissatisfied with availability of Premium Products; or
(c) you are unable to use presale benefits.

18. Premium Product purchases: If you purchase tickets/suites/packages through RACV Club:

(a) For total purchases of $2,500 or more, full payment must be received within 14 days of booking confirmation. If booking confirmation occurs within 7 days of the event date, payment must be received at least 48 hours before the event. Tickets may be released only once payment is confirmed.
(b) Payment may be made by credit card or bank transfer. Purchases of $2,500 or more cannot be charged to a membership account.
(c) Purchases under $2,500 may be charged to the Member’s RACV Club membership account where that facility is available.

19. Overdue accounts: Any unpaid balance or Club debt older than 30 days may result in cancellation of bookings and suspension of ticket and/or Priority Pass purchasing privileges. Where practicable, RACV Club will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to rectify non-payment before cancelling.

Renewal and cancellation of Priority Pass Add-On

20. Auto-renewal: Priority Pass Add-On will automatically renew for successive 12-month periods unless the Member cancels during the applicable renewal period (as notified by RACV Club).
21. How to cancel: Members may cancel Priority Pass Add-On by contacting RACV Club Membership Services (or via any cancellation method made available in the Member portal).
22. Effect of cancellation: If cancelled, Priority Pass Add-On will cease at the end of the then-current paid period unless RACV Club confirms an earlier end date. Cancellation does not affect:

(a) any Premium Products already purchased (which remain subject to the relevant supplier/ticketing terms); or
(b) any accrued rights or obligations existing before cancellation.

Priority Pass benefits

23. Benefit changes: Priority Pass benefits may change from time to time. RACV Club may add, remove or modify benefits where reasonably necessary (including due to supplier changes).
24. Ballot system: For high-demand events, a ballot may be used. Entry into a ballot does not guarantee a ticket. RACV Club may determine ballot eligibility and allocation rules for each ballot and will act reasonably in administering the process.
25. Accommodation discount: Where offered, “10% off accommodation on the night of your event”:

(a) is subject to availability, restrictions and blackout dates;
(b) applies only to selected room types and rate plans; and
(c) cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless stated.

Any stated end date (e.g., “valid to book and stay until 30/06/2026”) will apply as notified for that particular offer.

Interstate and international event tickets (including travel)

26. Separate arrangements: Confirmation of event tickets does not guarantee accommodation or transport. Members are responsible for organising and paying for travel arrangements unless expressly included in a package.
27. RACV Club Travel & Experiences: RACV Club Travel & Experiences (RTE) may assist as an agent for third-party travel providers (e.g., airlines, hotels and related services). RTE is not a tour operator.
28. Third-party content: Offer details are provided by third parties. While RTE may take reasonable steps to verify information, RTE cannot guarantee accuracy in all circumstances.
29. Changes requested by you: If you request a change to a booking, RTE will use reasonable endeavours to assist, but changes may not be possible and may attract supplier fees and RTE fees.
30. Non-refundable bookings: For non-refundable bookings, if you cancel, you may not be entitled to a refund from RTE or the travel providers, subject to clause 7.6.
31. RTE change/cancellation fees: Subject to the ACL, RTE fees may include:

(a) changes to Domestic/Trans‑Tasman bookings: $45 per booking (plus supplier fees);
(b) changes to International bookings (excluding Trans‑Tasman): $75 per booking (plus supplier fees);
(c) cancellations of Domestic/Trans‑Tasman bookings: $75 per person (capped at $150 per booking) (plus supplier fees).

32. Fee rationale: These fees reflect the reasonable time and costs of processing and managing changes/cancellations.

Event changes, cancellations and refunds (Premium Products)

33. Event organiser control: Events are controlled by event organisers/venues/ticketing providers. RACV Club is not responsible for changes to, or cancellation of, events for which presale access was granted.
34. Supplier terms apply: If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, refunds/credits (if any) are governed by the event organiser/ticketing provider terms, unless RACV Club expressly states otherwise in writing for a specific product.
35. Member cancellations: Unless otherwise stated for a particular product, cancellations by Members of Premium Products are generally non-refundable, subject to the ACL and any supplier/ticketing terms.

Liability and indemnity

36. Liability: To the extent permitted by law, RACV Club is not liable for:

(a) the availability of Premium Products during presale periods;
(b) changes to event details, performers or schedules; or
(c) losses suffered due to a Member’s inability to access or use Priority Pass benefits.

37. ACL carve-out: Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you may have under the ACL or other law which cannot be excluded.

38. Indemnity: To the extent permitted by law, you indemnify RACV Club against loss or claims arising from your misuse of Priority Pass or your breach of these T&Cs.

The following terms and conditions apply to purchases by RACV Club members of tickets for access to a RACV Club private suite or hospitality area (Suite) at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG), Marvel Stadium and/or Rod Laver Arena (each an Event). By purchasing or using a ticket (Ticket), you agree to these terms.

1. Tickets/suite access are available to current members. A member may invite guests to attend with them, but the member must be the primary purchaser and must attend unless RACV Club agrees otherwise.
2. Tickets must not be sold or advertised for resale and must not be transferred to non-members. Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests.
3. Suite ticket purchases are non‑refundable, subject to rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
4. RACV Club may cancel bookings or suspend privileges where payment is overdue or terms are breached.

Eligibility and membership

5. Current membership: Tickets are available only to individuals who are current RACV Club Members at the time of purchase and at the time of the Event.
6. Membership verification: RACV Club may require you (and any attendees) to present proof of membership and photo ID at purchase, collection and/or entry. RACV Club may refuse entry where membership cannot be verified.
7. Member responsibility: The purchasing Member is responsible for ensuring all attendees comply with these Terms and any venue conditions of entry.

Ticket purchases and limits

8. Purchase limits: Unless otherwise stated for a specific Event, a maximum of 4 Tickets may be purchased per Member per Event. RACV Club may cancel Tickets purchased in excess of this limit.
9. Non-transfer and resale:

(a) Tickets must not be resold or advertised for resale.
(b) Tickets must not be transferred to, or used by, non-members.
(c) RACV Club may, at its discretion, permit transfer to another current RACV Club Member where requested in advance and where operationally feasible.

10. Cancellation for breach: If RACV Club reasonably believes these Terms have been breached (including attempted resale or transfer to a non-member), RACV Club may cancel affected Tickets and/or refuse entry.

Pricing and payment

11. Payment methods: Payment may be made by credit card, bank transfer, or (for purchases under $2,500) charged to the Member’s RACV Club account (Member Account) where that facility is available.
12. Purchases of $2,500 or more: For any total Ticket purchase of $2,500 or more, full payment must be received within 14 days of booking confirmation. If booking confirmation occurs within 7 days of the Event date, payment must be received at least 48 hours before the Event. Tickets may be released only once payment is confirmed. Purchases of $2,500 or more cannot be charged to a Member Account.
13. Purchases under $2,500 charged to Member Account: For purchases under $2,500 that are charged to a Member Account, you authorise RACV Club to charge the relevant amount to your Member Account in accordance with RACV Club account terms.
14. Overdue amounts: If your Member Account is overdue by more than 30 days, RACV Club may decline further Ticket purchases and may cancel a booking if payment is not made by the due date. Where practicable, RACV Club will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to rectify non-payment before cancellation.

Cancellations, changes and refunds

15. Change of mind (Member cancellation): Subject to clause 4.3, Tickets are generally not refundable for change of mind or where you can no longer attend, except as required by law.
16. RACV Club/venue changes: If an Event, Suite access, or a material benefit is cancelled, postponed or materially changed, RACV Club will use reasonable efforts to notify Members. RACV Club may offer (as applicable) a refund, credit, or alternative date/benefit, having regard to amounts recoverable from the venue/third parties.
17. Emergencies: Requests for a refund or credit due to illness or emergency may be considered on a case-by-case basis. RACV Club may require reasonable supporting documentation.
18. Force majeure: RACV Club is not responsible for failure to provide Suite access where prevented by events outside its reasonable control (including venue restrictions, safety/security directions, or government orders). Where clause 4.2 applies, RACV Club will consider appropriate remedies.

Unpaid accounts and recovery

19.  Suspension: Members with overdue amounts may have Ticket purchasing privileges suspended or bookings cancelled in accordance with clause 3.4.
20. Costs: RACV Club may seek to recover unpaid amounts and reasonable recovery costs where permitted by law.

Venue rules and conduct

21. Conditions of entry: Entry and attendance are subject to the applicable venue’s conditions of entry and directions of venue staff/security.
22. Behaviour and safety: RACV Club may refuse entry or remove any attendee for unsafe, abusive or inappropriate behaviour, or where required by venue staff/security. No refund will be provided in these circumstances.

  1. Emergency Home Assist may be included with eligible Access and Executive memberships during promotional periods.
  2. It helps eligible members respond to certain sudden and unforeseen home emergencies at a nominated property, such as issues that make the home unsafe or unsecure.
  3. Emergency Home Assist is an emergency assistance service, not insurance, and is subject to separate Emergency Home Assist Terms and Conditions which prevail in the event of inconsistency and detail usage limits, exclusions and a Fair Use Policy.

Offers, discounts, vouchers and credits

1. General: Offers and discounts are subject to availability and are available only to current Members on presentation of a valid membership card.

2. No stacking: Unless stated otherwise, offers and discounts cannot be used with any other offer, discount or member rate.

3. Conditions may apply: Resort and dining discounts may be subject to blackout dates, minimum spend, spend limits and venue exclusions as notified from time to time.

4. Dining discounts:

(a) All RACV Club members receive a 15% dining discount at Healesville Country Club & Resort when you charge direct to your Club Account and save 10% when paying by credit card.
(b) Access, Executive, Country and Associate Members (joined after 1 March 2020) receive dining discounts at RACV Club Resorts.
(c) Access Members are eligible for a 25% discount on restaurants and bars at RACV Resorts; however, this benefit does not extend to Healesville Country Club & Resort.

Dining discounts are;

(a)  valid on transactions up to $1,000;
(b) exclude conferences, events and in-room dining

Please show your Club member card at point of payment for discount to be applied.

5. Accommodation discounts:

(a) Apply to the standard non-member accommodation rate only.
(b) Not available with any other offer/discount/promotion.
(c) Subject to availability and blackout dates.
(d) Do not apply to Healesville Country Club & Resort.
(e) Apply only while the eligible Member is an in-house guest and cannot be extended to other in-house guests.

6. Group and event rates: For exclusive member group and event rates, contact Conferences and Events: conferencesandevents@racv.com.au (City) or healesvilleevents@racv.com.au (Healesville). 

1. Status: gift cards, vouchers and Club Credit issued under these Terms are provided as membership benefits and are not sold.

2. Common terms: unless stated otherwise, gift cards, vouchers and Club Credit:

(a) are not redeemable for cash;
(b) are not transferable or saleable;
(c) may only be used by the named Member;
(d) expire as stated at issue;
(e) will not be replaced if lost or stolen; and
(f)  any unused balance at expiry is forfeited (not refunded or credited).

3. Restrictions and balance:

(a) Gift cards, vouchers and Club Credit cannot be used to pay membership fees or to purchase additional gift cards or vouchers.
(b) If a purchase exceeds the available balance, the Member must pay the difference using another payment method.
(c) Balance and full gift card terms: www.racv.com.au/giftcards   

4. Specific voucher types:

(a)  Birthday Reward Vouchers: are redeemable at restaurants and bars at RACV Club (excluding Bourke Street Green, Le Petit Gateau and Gallery Lounge). Must be used in a single transaction. Expires 3 months from issue.
(b) Executive and Access Vouchers: are redeemable for Healesville golf, One Spa at Healesville Country Club & Resort, City Club services, or Club Events. Not valid for Box Office or special events (including Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve). Expires 12 months from issue.
(c) Club Treat / Club Vouchers: are redeemable at City Club and Healesville Country Club & Resort. Not valid for membership fees, City Club carpark, Box Office, or special events (including Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve). Expires 12 months from issue.

5. Club Credit:

(a) Club Credit may be redeemed for eligible products and services at City Club and Healesville Country Club & Resort only.
(b) Club Credit cannot be used for the carpark, Shared Workspace or the Box Office.
(c) Club Credit is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to pay membership fees.
(d) Any expiry and any additional restrictions will be stated at issue.

6. Club Credit (Access Members only):
Access Members may be issued Club Credit by e‑gift card and/or credited to their Club account in two instalments of $500 (total $1,000). Credit must be used within 6 months of issue and before the Member’s renewal date. Credit may only be used by the named Member at City Club and Healesville Country Club & Resort, and excludes membership fees and the City Club carpark.

7. Gift card (new Members only):

(a) Available only to new membership applications approved between 1 June 2025 and 30 June 2027, with a valid promotion code, once the Member pays (in full or the first instalment).
(b) Redeemable at City Club and Healesville Country Club & Resort only, and not valid for membership fees, City Club carpark, Box Office or special events (including Christmas Day and New Year’s Day).
(c) Expires 12 months from issue.

  1. A new membership application must be received with a promotion code and payment completed (either full annual membership or the first of 12 monthly instalments between 1 May and 30 June 2026). Only eligible for new RACV Club member applications.
  2. For Active, Executive or Access Membership receive a $300 e-gift card to spend in the Club (called Club Treat) or for Country or Associate receive $150 e-gift card to spend in the Club (called Club Treat).
  3. The gift card will be provided following approval of the application by the Club and Membership Committee. Card can be used at RACV City Club and RACV Healesville Country Club & Resort (excluding Club membership fees, RACV City Club carpark, RACV Box Office and RACV Special Events ie. Christmas Day, New Years Day).
  4. The gift card will expire 12 months from date of issue and any unused value will not be refunded or credited. RACV Resort accommodation discount is off the standard, non-member accommodation rate only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion.
  5. Subject to availability and blackout dates. Discount is not applicable to Healesville Country Club and Resort.
  6. The discount is only applicable while the eligible RACV Club member is an in-house guest and cannot be extended to any other in-house guests, whether or not they are staying with the member.

Accommodation and facilities

1. Accommodation cancellation – direct bookings

From 1 July 2025, for direct bookings at RACV City Club and Healesville Country Club & Resort:

(a) Cancellation within 2 days prior to arrival (or 14 days for peak periods and special events) attracts an 80% cancellation charge based on the total booking value; and
(b) Cancellations are only effective once confirmed by RACV Club (either by email confirmation or booking system).
(c) Peak periods and special events dates are listed at racv.com.au/resorts/policies and are updated periodically.

2. Accommodation cancellation – third party bookings

Third party bookings: there are no changes to the accommodation cancellation policy for third party bookings or non-refundable bookings. See racv.com.au/resorts/policies.

3. Healesville Country Club & Resort in-house benefits

(a) Aperitivo hour: Members must be in the Members’ Lounge between 5pm and 6pm. Available only for in-house stays booked on a Member rate; maximum two people per room. No bookings required.
(b) Complimentary golf: available when staying in-house and booking direct; tee times subject to availability.

Usage of the centre

1. Access to RACV Club fitness and aquatic facilities is subject to acceptance of the RACV Club Fitness Centre Terms and Conditions, including the following declarations, waivers and Australian Consumer Law warnings:
2.  Fitness to participate: you declare that you are medically and physically fit and able to participate in any recreational activity. You will immediately notify RACV Club in writing of any change to fitness and ability to participate. By signing the RACV Club Fitness Centre declaration you understand and accept that RACV Club will continue to rely upon this declaration as evidence of nay fitness to participate and ability to participate.
3. Consent to medical treatment: If required RACV Club will arrange medical or hospital treatment (including ambulance transportation) for me. Youauthorise such actions being taken by RACV Club where your further consent cannot be obtained and agree to meet all costs associated with such action.
4. Waiver, Release and Indemnity: You acknowledge that there are dangers and risk inherent in activities at the RACV Club Fitness Centre (including, but not limited to any activity that is performed within the RACV Club Fitness Centre and any specialised classes, courses and workshops that are conducted within or eternal to the RACV Club Fitness Centre (the Activity) to which you may be exposed by accessing the RACV Club Fitness Centre. You agree that you are participating in the Activity at your own risk and you voluntarily assume responsibility for any injury, death, or property damage you may suffer as a result of your participation in the Activity. To the maximum extent possible at law, you agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify RACV Club against all actions, claims, suits, costs, expenses, demands and damages suffered or incurred by RACV Club by reason of or in respect of or in any manner whatsoever arising out of or caused by your use of the RACV Club Fitness Centre or participation in the Activity.

5. Warning under the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012 (Vic)
If you sign the RACV Club Fitness Centre Terms and Conditions form, you will be agreeing that your rights to sue the supplier under the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012 (Vic) are excluded, restricted or modified in the way set out in this form, if you are killed or injured because the services provided were not in accordance with the statutory guarantees outlined below. Under the Australian Consumer Law (Victoria), several statutory guarantees apply to the supply of certain goods and services. These guarantees mean that the supplier named on this form is required to ensure that the recreational services it supplies to you:

(a) are rendered with due care and skill; and
(b) are reasonably fit for any purpose which you, either expressly or by implication, make known to the supplier; and
(c) might reasonably be expected to achieve any result you have made known to the supplier.

Under section 22 of the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012 (Vic), the exclusion of these statutory guarantees is brought to your attention by this form.

NOTE: The change to your rights, as set out in this form, does not apply if your death or injury is due to gross negligence on the supplier's part. Gross negligence, in relation to an act or omission, means doing the act or omitting to do an act with reckless disregard, with or without consciousness, for the consequences of the act or omission. See regulation 5 of the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Regulations 2012 (Vic) and section 22(3)(b) of the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012 (Vic).

Liability

6. You agree that you are using the RACV Club Fitness Centre on the express condition that RACV Club:

(a) will, under no circumstances be liable or responsible in any manner whatsoever for any death, loss, accident, damage or injury to you or any of your visitor or invitee or any other person whatsoever (Related Party) which may happen as a result of your use of the Fitness Centre; and
(b) will not incur or be under any liability whatsoever to you or to any Related Party for any loss, damage or injury to or in respect of any of your property or of any Related Party’s property, except to the extent occasioned by the gross negligence, acts or omissions of RACV Club or its servants, agents, contractors, visitors or invitees.

7. RACV Club is not liable to you in respect of any indirect or consequential loss. For the avoidance of doubt, ‘consequential loss’ means loss or damage arising from a breach of contract, tort (including negligence), under statute or any other basis in law or equity including, but without limitation, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss or denial of opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss of business reputation, future reputation or publicity, damage to credit rating and indirect, remote, abnormal or unforeseeable loss, or any similar loss whether or not in the reasonable contemplation of the parties.
