Andy worked alongside Shannon Bennett for seven years at Vue de Monde then followed this up by being head chef at Virginia Plain before taking over The Point Albert Park, where he is currently the executive chef.

After training at Paul Heathcote’s facility in England, Andy hit the international scene working at Les Crayeres in France and at Brazilian restaurant D.O.M – rated the fourth-best restaurant in the world by the S.Pellegrinos World’s 50 Best Restaurants, as well as holding the title of Acqua Panna Best Restaurant in South America.
