Just for Teens - Introduction to Fitness and Nutrition

Work alongside our fitness team learning everything from basic fitness exercises to good nutrition.

This workshop will be structured to develop teens strength and fitness according to their growing bodies and promote healthy eating in their day-to-day lives.

Minimum numbers apply.

Date: Sunday 9 April

Time: 12.30pm - 2.30pm

Venue: City Club - Start Club Room, end Fitness Centre

Cost: $30 teen (13 - 17 years)
