Lift for Life: Diabetes Prevention Program

Lift for Life is a unique program for adults with or at risk of type 2 diabetes and other chronic conditions. Using resistance training - body weight or equipment such as dumbbells or rubberised bands - start at a level that's right for you and go at your own pace.
Perfect for any age and fitness level, even if you haven't been physically active in a while, the program helps your quality of life. Lift for Life is an evidence-based resistance training program developed by the Baker IDI Heart and Diabetes Institute. Private health insurance rebates possible for some providers.
