Exciting New Dining Options Popping Up in the Wine Bar
Get ready for a new taste sensation featuring cuisine from three of Melbourne’s finest chefs.
In April, May and June, the Wine Bar will turn into a mini restaurant for lunch and dinner. Each month, the chefs will prepare a selection of tapas and mini dishes for members to enjoy at à la carte prices.
April: Crystal Jones
RACV Club’s own resident chef de cuisine Crystal Jones will present a modern take on Italian cuisine with tastes of the Mediterranean.
May: Ikuei Arakane
Esteemed Japanese chef Ikuei Arakane, fresh from his work with the Iron Chefs, the man behind Taxi Restaurant and Hobart’s Glasshouse restaurant, will provide members with an exclusive sampling of his modern Japanese style.
June: Shane Delia
Shane Delia, chef and restaurateur from Melbourne’s iconic Maha restaurant, will join forces with the City Club team, dishing out a menu that packs a powerful flavour punch.
Delia is no shrinking violet when it comes to infusing his food with a spice trail that spans the Ottoman Empire.
If you’re after seriously good eats the Wine Bar this June will definitely be on your list.
