Executive Chef Rohan McCullagh of RACV Inverloch Resort returns to his old stomping ground at the Healesville Country Club for a special night of dining. The former Chef de Cuisine at Healesville has crafted a menu showcasing the best the Gippsland coast has to offer.

“I try to create dishes with flavours that complement and contrast each other to create balance,” Rohan says. “Good food can also just be simple food done well.”

Regular diners at Inverloch will always find something new to try. “My tastes and styles in food are always changing. I get bored easily in that sense,” Rohan says. So what’s on the menu for Healesville? You’ll have to wait to find out. “I’ll work with sommelier Christian Maier on the wines he wants and source as much local produce to complement his choices.”
