Join us for a private tour of Dame Elisabeth Murdoch’s Cruden Farm.

In 1928, journalist and newspaper executive Keith Murdoch gave his 19-year-old bride, Elisabeth, a small farm as a wedding present. Elisabeth loved the property at first sight. More than eighty years in the making and the heart of a working farm, the garden at Cruden Farm is a small piece of country set amid dense suburbia.

At the farm, enjoy a home-baked morning tea and a tour of the gardens.

After Cruden Farm we will make our way to the 16 hectare McClelland Sculpture Park. There is an onsite café if you wish to purchase lunch or you are welcome to bring your own.
