Blue Tree is host to this unique themed dining experience showcasing the culinary talents of our team. Inspired by the skills and passions of the Blue Tree Grill chefs, join us for Four Pillars and Foraging as Rupert Rose prepares a four-course menu using locally foraged produce. 

The fresh, seasonal flavours and indigenous ingredients from around the region are matched to gins from the team at Four Pillars, Healesville's award-winning distillery. Gin may not be traditionally the type of drink you may serve with a meal, but these food pairings are sure to surprise in the best possible way.
