Our business is diverse, having grown from primarily providing motoring services to Victorian members to today where we offer careers in hospitality, leisure, finance, insurance, home services, motoring and mobility products and services, travel and tourism, salary packaging and retail. We have expanded through several of these businesses to other parts of Australia.

RACV also offers diverse roles in a range of professional business support and corporate services including people and culture, finance, information technology and telecommunications, e-business, business and asset management, marketing and public affairs.

Locations

Our head office is located at Noble Park in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

RACV Retail Stores, depots and vehicle inspection centres are located throughout metropolitan and regional Victoria.

RACV Club has two locations: Melbourne CBD and Healesville.

RACV Resorts are located in Victoria at Cape Schanck, Cobram, Creswick, Inverloch and Torquay; in Queensland on the Gold Coast and Noosa; and in Hobart, Tasmania.

What is the recruitment process?

  • An application for an advertised role is via resume with a covering letter, forwarded by email.
  • Applications are short-listed based on the requirements and specifications of the role.
  • Short-listed candidates are asked to attend one or more behavioural-based interviews.
  • Job-specific skills and/or profile testing are completed as required.
  • Other checks completed as required, e.g. police, health and appropriate visa.
  • Reference checking is completed.
  • Offers are made and accepted in writing.
