RACV’s Queensland resorts have won big at the Queensland Tourism Awards.
RACV’s Queensland resorts have picked up a trio of awards recognising their accommodation in the Queensland Tourism Awards.
RACV Royal Pines Resort won gold for Best Luxury Accommodation, and RACV Noosa Resort won gold for Best Self-contained Apartments. Noosa Resort also took the People’s Choice award for accommodation for the second year running.

RACV Cape Schanck Resort restaurant Cape and Royal Pines Resort’s Videre have also made the lists of the ‘100 most delicious restaurants’ in their respective states, with Cape also gonged for best desserts.
Cape sits at 54 on the Victorian list, with the accompanying review saying its menu “teams high-end smarts with clever, keenly priced accessibility”. “With its focus on Victorian produce and Peninsula wine, this restaurant on the green is gold.”
On the Queensland list, Videre sits at 55, with the review saying:
“Head chef Grant Parry’s pictures on a plate may well outshine the glittering skyline views Videre offers from its 21st-floor perch at the RACV resort … that combination sets the restaurant in good stead for a special occasion, and it consistently delivers fine dining service that stands out from the crowd.”
RACV’s executive general manager of leisure, Craig Peachey, said the awards recognised the “passion and commitment” of every team member at the resorts. “Their dedication to delivering high-quality experiences for our members and guests is outstanding.”
