The award winning wine list showcases the Club's extensive wine cellar, including a range of vintage wines from select Australian wineries and international wineries. Meet your guests for pre-dinner drinks in the adjacent Wine Bar.

 

Two Private Dining Rooms provide intimate function spaces. They are available for special occasions and can be booked any day with at least one week's notice*.

Hurry in and enjoy some soulful warming dishes before the cool weather is over.

Deconstructed beef wellington with spinach puree, shimeji mushrooms, charred onion and trussed pastry is a standout dish. For a winter fish option, there's pan-fried silver dory with kipfler potato and braised cabbage.

 

The piece de resistance, created by Chef Elizabeth O'Brien (pictured), is roasted lamb backstrap with baked pumpkin and rosemary jus, for two to share. Desserts are just as tempting with a new spiced apple crumble with pecan granola and granny smith sorbet.
