For the ultimate palate challenge, try a Wine Bar Whisky Flight including 15ml of each of these famous whiskies: Caol Ila 15-year-old from Islay, a light and floral unpeated edition; Cragganmore Distillers Edition from Speyside, with well-defined malt; and the Highlands' Oban Distillers Edition, double-matured in Montilla Fino cask wood. This is a seriously good trio of limited edition distillations.

The Wine Bar is the place to be for quality meals in an intimate environment. Try the new seafood tower designed to share for two. Soft-shell crab, fish, succulent prawns and oysters: $68 each, serves two.
Club favourites such as oysters, beer-battered whiting with chips and salad, and pavlova or cheese plate are also available at a la carte prices.
