Group fitness classes are a great way to get into shape and make friends in a fun and energising environment. Classes are included free as part of your Fitness Centre access.

With twenty group fitness classes each week, the Fitness Centre's qualified instructors will inspire you in Pilates, Yoga, Boxfit, Aqua Aerobics and many more. 

Group fitness classes are also available free of charge for guests staying in-house at the Country Club.
