Healesville Country Club Blue Tree chef de cuisine Rupert Rose has foraged produce from the surrounding area and combined it with quality Yarra Valley produce to create an outstanding four-course dinner.
Each course will be perfectly complemented by a matching Four Pillars Gin cocktail. Cameron Mackenzie, head distiller at Four Pillars Gin, will share his knowledge of gins throughout the meal.
