To show our appreciation for your continued support, we are pleased to offer all renewing members a Travel and Experiences eGift Card. Once you pay your renewal we will issue the eGift card the following month (ie. if you pay in July, we will send the eGift card in the first week of August). ​

No, it is not valid for use within the Club, for Club membership fees, Club account payments, or at any RACV Resorts, including accommodation and dining.

RACV Club Members receive the highest available discounts at RACV Resorts. The RACV Travel & Experiences eGift Card can be used to explore more of the world and is redeemable on cruises, group tours, flight + hotel packages and travel insurance through the RACV Travel team.

Your eGift card will be sent to the email address we have on file. Once you renew it will be sent at the start of the following month. If you don’t have an email address we will post you a physical gift card.

You can easily locate your eGift card in your mailbox by searching giftcard@noreply.racv.com.au. If you have trouble opening your eGift card please contact Club membership on 1300 501 501 or clubmembership@racv.com.au. We can reissue your eGift card, when we do please note it resets the pin. 

Please note if an eGift Card is resent, the password (4 digit pin) is reset. The original eGift Card pin will no longer be valid.

The balance of your eGift card can be checked at www.racv.com.au/giftcards.

No worries, your voucher is valid for 6 months, however you do not need to travel before the card expires. RACV Travel & Experiences also offer plenty of local and regional escapes that don’t require long-distance travel. Terms and conditions

The RACV Travel and Experiences e-gift card is valid for 6 months from the date the gift card is issued—while your travel doesn't need to occur within this period, redemption must be completed before expiry. ​

It must be used in one transaction and presented at the time of enquiry.​

Lost, stolen, or unused value will not be refunded or credited.​

The e-gift card is non-transferable, non-saleable, and not redeemable for cash.

Offer valid for new bookings only. All offers are subject to availability at time of booking or until sold out and may be withdrawn at any time. Save up to $1,400pp is based on 19 Day Rockies Grandeur & Alaska (ERPC) September 27 departure. To receive offer, tour must be paid for in full 10 months prior to departure.
