To show our appreciation for your continued support, we are pleased to offer all renewing members (from 1 July 2025 to 1 June 2026) a $200 Travel and Experiences eGift Card. Remember once you pay your renewal we will issue the gift card the following month (ie. pay in July, sent gift card in the first week of August).
This gift card can be used for ocean and river cruising, group touring product and travel insurance offered by RACV Travel team and is valid for six months (ie. you need to make a booking and redeem the gift card during this time, you do not need to travel in this 6 month period).
Members may redeem their eGift Card for ocean and river cruises and group touring products by calling 03 8613 9660, emailing club@travel.racv.com.au and at any store with an RACV Travel and Experiences desk. To redeem the eGift Card for RACV Travel Insurance, members can also visit an RACV store. As a RACV club member you already receive a discount and now you will receive an additional $200 off.
The RACV Travel and Experiences eGift Card can be used for ocean and river cruising, group touring product and Travel Insurance offered by RACV Travel team. The card cannot be used in the Club, for Club membership fees or for paying your Club Account.
Your gift card will be sent to the email address we have on file. Once you renew it will be sent at the start of the following month. If you don’t have an email address we will post you a physical gift card.
You can easily locate your gift card in your mailbox by searching giftcard@noreply.com.au. If you have trouble opening your gift card please contact Club membership on 1300 501 501 or clubmembership@racv.com.au. We can reissue your gift card, when we do please note it resets the pin.
Please note if an eGift Card is resent, the password (4 digit pin) is reset. The original eGift Card pin will no longer be valid .
The balance of your gift card can be checked at www.racv.com.au/giftcards.
The RACV Travel and Experiences e-gift card is valid for 6 months from the date the gift card is issued—while your travel doesn't need to occur within this period, redemption must be completed before expiry.
It must be used in one transaction and presented at the time of enquiry.
Lost, stolen, or unused value will not be refunded or credited.
The e-gift card is non-transferable, non-saleable, and not redeemable for cash.
