Smoking is not permitted on Club property, including in accommodation rooms.
Members and guests can check in from 2pm, daily.
Check out is at 11am for RACV Club Members and 10am for non-Club Members, unless a late check-out has been arranged.
You may cancel free of charge until 2pm 2 days (14 days for peak periods and special events) prior to arrival. Failure to arrive, or cancellations made after 2pm 2 days (14 days for peak periods and special events) prior to arrival will be charged 80% of the total price of your stay.
Children under 16 must not be left unattended in accommodation rooms.
Only members of RACV Club can book accommodation under the Club member rate at the City and Healesville properties. RACV Club Members pay an annual membership fee which enables them to book accommodation for themselves and their family, friends and guests at both RACV Club locations, and to access Club dining, lifestyle and recreation facilities.
