Terms and conditions
Access to Reciprocal Clubs is an exclusive benefit for RACV Club Members.
This benefit is not available to RACV Members (those who hold Emergency Roadside Assistance, insurance or other products). Find out how to become a RACV Club Member.
Eligible clubs
As a Club member, you may visit any reciprocal club except for those located in the Australian state, territory or overseas country where you live. Some reciprocal clubs impose limits on length and frequency of visits.
Accessing this benefit
In order to make use of these clubs, you are required to:
- arrange a letter of introduction prior to your visit
- show your RACV Club membership card and a copy of the introduction letter upon arrival
- book accommodation at the chosen Reciprocal Club.
The duration of your visit must be 30 days or less. Reciprocal letters can only be requested up to 12 months in advance.
You must ensure all accounts are finalised prior to departure. Any charges incurred cannot be debited to your RACV club account.
