Located on Level 1 and 2, the Shared Workspace features modern spaces to work, collaborate, host meetings and network with other like-minded members.

Swipe your membership card at the entrance on Level 1 to enter or utilise the side door on New Chancery Lane. Access to the Shared Workspace is included in Executive and Access memberships, or as an upgrade add-on.

Support desk

Our workspace is staffed on weekdays, 8:30am to 5:30pm.

For assistance, see the host desk located in the café area on Level 1 of the workspace.

Take a private call in one of our several booths located across both levels.

Hot desks

A perfect drop-in office to work or meet. Desks cannot be reserved.

Bookable meeting rooms

We have 10 private meeting rooms which can hold from 2 to 24 guests, available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Wifi

The workspace has its own dedicated wifi. See the host desk for login details.

Printers

Print in black and white or colour, free of charge. Printing is not for commercial use.

Rentable lockers

Hire a locker for one day, or monthly. See the host desk to book.

24/7 access

The workspace is open 24/7 to Club members, including public holidays.

Café

Choose from a selection of salads, sandwiches and pastries. Open during staffed hours.

How can I access the workspace?

Casual visit for Club members

Buy a casual pass for $55 for all-day access to the Shared Workspace.

You can buy a pass from the City Club’s reception desk or the Shared Workspace’s host desk.

Our meeting rooms

Available to book on weekdays, 9am to 5pm with the host desk. Catering is available on request.

Club members can only bring guests to the Shared Workspace if they are attending a booked meeting room. Guests who wish to stay with the member after the meeting room booking are not required to pay to use the Shared Workspace.

When a Club member books and pays for a meeting room, this payment includes all-day access to the Shared Workspace for the Club member and their guests.

The Club member should:

  • Meet their guests at the front of the City Club or at the Concierge desk.
  • Escort their guests to the Shared Workspace. Swipe your membership card to enter.
  • Check in with the Hostdesk staff on Level 1.

Guests may stay with the member after a booking and use the facility free of charge.

As with all places in the Club, members are responsible for their visitors, including gaining entry and exit from the Shared Workspace. Guests without a Club member cannot access this area.

Book a meeting room

Boardrooms 1 and 10 are available on a half-day or full-day basis at a fixed rate. Hourly bookings aren't available.
Meeting Rooms 2 - 9 can be reserved on an hourly, half-day or full-day bais at the applicable rates.
