Contemporary Currents
27 February to 24 May 2026 | Gallery Lounge RACV City Club
This exhibition brings together works by Ada Pula Beasley, Aileen Napaljarri Long, Tania Major and Clare Jaque Vasquez, four artists whose practices speak to the living, evolving nature of First Nations creativity in Australia today. Across painting, and mixed media, these artists explores culture as something dynamic, held in memory, carried through Country, and continually reshaped by lived experience. Their works move between ancestral knowledge and contemporary expression, revealing how stories, symbols, and connections endure while finding new forms.
