Planning your visit to RACV Club

Prior to visiting City Club or Healesville Country Club & Resort, you will need to book some experiences before you arrive at the property such as dining, One Spa and golf. Check each of our locations below to find out what’s open and what’s closed.

 

Our COVID response

Your visit to RACV Club will be a little different from usual as we adapt to the Government’s public health advice, however we’re still committed to providing you with an enjoyable – and safe – experience. We appreciate your ongoing support and patience in helping us maintain these new measures.

 

Not all facilities will be open initially. We ask for your understanding, support and active involvement in ensuring all guests have an enjoyable and safe stay.

 

Face masks

Masks must be worn in line with Victorian Government guidelines. If you have a lawful reason not to wear a mask, we may ask to see written evidence of this when on RACV property.

Healesville Country Club & Resort

Our Club and most facilities are currently closed, with the exception of Golf and dining. Planned to re-open for stays from Friday 18 June.

How can I change or cancel my booking?

If you wish to change or cancel a booking you have made for an upcoming visit or stay, please make contact directly with our City Club or Healesville team to let us know.

Can I visit without a booking?

In line with government rules, we require all Members and guests to make bookings for all activities at our properties prior to arrival. We ask that you please plan your visit prior to arriving at our RACV Resort properties to ensure you can access facilities with limited capacity.

What happens if I am sick, how do I let someone know?

If you are unwell and wish to change or cancel a booking you have made for an upcoming visit or stay, please make contact directly with our City Club or Healesville team to let us know.
