RACV Club locations are temporarily closed. When we're able to reopen, your visit to these facilities will be a little different from usual as we adapt to the Government’s public health advice, however we’re still committed to providing you with an enjoyable – and safe – RACV Club experience. We appreciate your ongoing support and patience in helping us maintain these new measures.

 

  • Please be aware that you'll be asked to provide photo ID with a current residential address upon entry to these facilities.
  • You’ll need to provide your contact details when you arrive and each time you use a Resort facility. This helps us with contact tracing if a COVID-19 case is reported.
  • Operating hours may differ from your previous visits.

How can I change or cancel my booking?

If you wish to change or cancel a booking you have made for an upcoming visit or stay, please make contact directly with our City Club or Healesville team to let us know.

Can I visit without a booking?

In line with government rules, we require all Members and guests to make bookings for all activities at our properties prior to arrival. We ask that you please plan your visit prior to arriving at our RACV Club and Resort properties to ensure you can access facilities with limited capacity. Please note there is no additional seating within the Club for waiting prior to your booking. 

Does my Club membership restart when the Club reopens?

Your RACV Club membership was suspended on 23 March 2020.

 

If you have an outstanding renewal statement, we encourage you to renew, so that your membership is current and we can extend your membership.

 

For current financial Club members your period of membership will be extended to cover the period of closure (subject to your Club join date). If you joined during the closure your membership will be extended from your join date. The same is applicable for Golf Membership at the Healesville Country Club. As a Club Member, you do not need to do anything.

 

Your Fitness Centre access period, if part of your existing Club membership package will be extended in line with your Club membership.

What happens if I am sick, how do I let someone know?

We ask that you please do not visit the Club if you feel unwell or have knowingly come in contact with someone suspected of having COVID-19.

Do I have to give my details multiple times if I have already provided them at entry to the Club?

Yes. RACV are committed to protecting our Members, guests, staff and community at all times.


As part of our commitment to ensure this, contact tracing of all people at all of our facilities needs to be maintained and we ask for your help to do this.
