Planning your visit to RACV Club

Prior to visiting City Club or Healesville Country Club & Resort, you will need to book some experiences before you arrive at the property such as dining, One Spa and golf.

 

Our COVID-safe practices

Your visit to RACV Club will be a little different from usual as we adapt to the Government’s public health advice, however we’re still committed to providing you with an enjoyable – and safe – experience. We will require you to comply with the current COVID-safe protocols during your stay or visit and we appreciate your ongoing support and patience as we embed these new measures.

 

Check-in and Vaccination Status

In line with government advice and until further notice, all staff, Members and guests aged 12+ must be fully vaccinated or have a valid medical exemption to visit or stay at our RACV Club properties. Please be ready to show evidence of your vaccination status or medical exemption when you visit our facilities.

 

You’ll also need to QR code check in when you arrive and each time you use a Club facility.

 

Face masks

We ask that you wear a face mask when required in line with Victorian Government guidelines. If you have a lawful reason not to wear a mask, we may ask to see written evidence of this when on RACV property.

How can I change or cancel my booking?

If you wish to change or cancel a booking you have made for an upcoming visit or stay, please make contact directly with our City Club or Healesville team to let us know.

Can I visit without a booking?

In line with government rules, we require all Members and guests to make bookings for all activities at our properties prior to arrival. We ask that you please plan your visit prior to arriving at our RACV Resort properties to ensure you can access facilities with limited capacity.

What happens if I am sick, how do I let someone know?

If you are unwell and wish to change or cancel a booking you have made for an upcoming visit or stay, please make contact directly with our City Club or Healesville team to let us know.
